Clinical Psychology, Psychopathology, Psychoanalysis 2

As a continuation of the first semester's lessons, this course, entirely in English, focuses on the study of scientific articles (theory, methodology, epistemological debates and ethical issues), along with clinical cases, novels and material based on audio or video support. Students are guided in giving oral presentations and submitting written reports related to their research field. They are encouraged to participate in verbal exchanges (self-introductions, discussions about career paths, internships, thesis advancement, professional and research projects as well as debates around academic and societal topics). Emphasis is put on ensuring access to English scientific literature and raising awareness to the importance of international dissemination of the knowledge acquired through various research approaches.

Knowledge: Improvement in the use of scientific English through the study of articles on psychoanalysis, clinical psychology, psychopathology as well as other disciplines.

Skills: Presenting a research proposal or project, answering questions and writing a research abstract, reading and analyzing scientific papers
