Cultural dimensions and worplace values (en anglais)

This course focuses on culture as a system of values and behavioral patterns that are expressed in societal contexts (national culture) and organizational contexts. The main dimensions of culture (such as individualism-collectivism) and their impact on workplace attitudes and performance are examined in a first part of the course. Then, organizational culture and climate is investigated, with a focus on human resource management issues (recruitment, expatriate workers, etc.).
